You can book your session by clicking the "Book" button, filling in your details, and selecting the desired service. For both business and private clients, a 30% advance payment is required to secure your booking and date. For business clients, the 30% advance payment is made against an invoice. The remaining 70% is invoiced after the project has been completed. For private clients, the 30% advance payment can be made directly on the website by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. The remaining 70% is due immediately after the shoot and can be paid via MobilePay or bank transfer. Any additional services requested during the shoot can also be paid for via MobilePay or bank transfer. Please notify me at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule without losing your deposit. In case of bad weather for outdoor shoots, we will find a new date free of charge.
Yes, I travel across Denmark and internationally. Travel within Copenhagen Zones 1-4, as well as the Greve and Hundige municipalities, is included (free of charge). For all other locations, a standard transport fee of 10 DKK per kilometer applies.
My editing style is a key part of the service, so I don't usually provide RAW files. However, you can purchase the full gallery of unedited JPEGs as an add-on.
Absolutely! I will guide you through the whole process, suggesting the best poses and finding locations that match the "Nordic aesthetic" or your specific brand mood.
You will receive a link to a private online gallery. From there, you can download high-resolution files for printing and web-sized versions for social media. Delivery times vary for each package due to differences in the volume of work. Specific delivery terms are listed for each individual service in the "Services and Packages" section.
For B2C (individuals), photos are for personal use. For B2B (business), a commercial license is included in the package, allowing use for websites, ads, and marketing.
I respect your privacy. I usually share my best work on social media/website, but if you prefer to keep your session private, just let me know in advance.
You send me a high-quality scan or a clear photo of the old picture. I digitally repair cracks, remove stains, and enhance the colors. You receive a digital file ready for printing.
You have the right to cancel your booking. By law, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of payment, provided the photoshoot date is not immediate. However, please note that the deposit 30% is classified as a non-refundable Administrative Booking Fee. This fee covers the costs of session planning, consultations, and the reservation of a specific time slot that is held exclusively for you, preventing other bookings. If a cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the shoot or after the 14-day cooling-off period, this fee is retained as compensation for lost business. In case of bad weather, we offer a free reschedule to a new date.
If the deposit is not paid within 12 days, your booking will be automatically cancelled and the date will become available for other clients.
The photoshoot is conducted in English.
If you would like to add any additional services during the photoshoot, please discuss them with the team on the day. Additional services can be paid for via MobilePay or bank transfer.
Any agreements or arrangements made outside the contract must be confirmed via email to be considered valid.
Yes. You can download and review the contract in advance on the Book page before confirming your booking.
Absolutely! Once your service has been fully paid for, you will receive a unique one-time link to a dedicated review page, where you can leave a review and share your experience, impressions, and feedback about the service.
